my father in law is getting ready to order his new 06 3500 and was wondering if you can run off road fuel in the new cummins he heard through the grape vine they were going to put in a sensor to tell what fuel you are running is this true

I've never heard of a sensor like that but I'm sure others will chime in.
The truck will run just the same as on on-road fuel...only difference is the dye and tracer.
