Here's a few things I made when we dropped the front axle for the 2" leveling spacers:
This is the Stainless Steel Steering Shaft Stabilizer.
I was surprised at how much less the steering effort was even with the 37" Toyos installed.

This is the stainless steel 2" drop mount for the sway bar:
It's actually the same piece as the SSSSS... figured I'd kill 2 birds with one stone!

Here's the 2" drop mount for the track bar I welded onto the frame while the axle was on the ground:
I resorted to using steel for this one
The front axle ended up 1/16th" to the passenger side after it was sitting back at ride height... not too shabby for a prototype!

Thanks guys!
Yeah - it tightened up the steering quite a bit.
We did some testing prior to installing the SSSSS with the wheels off the ground, side loading the Pitman arm shaft in the steering box, and you could really feel the steering effort increase when the sideload was applied. I was surprised!
These Toyos turn noticeably easier than the small tires did before this mod.

What parts did you use for the steering braket.
Or more specific what did you use on the pitman arm bolt..
Other than that it is awsome.
On another note just 4 days ago i went and found a shop that had some 37" toyo's 17" rims and had them up next to my truck and though i have to have them to make my truck look normal.
And i like the way it looks on yours, it helps me with the picture in my mind of my Mega cab.
Thanks for your time.

Without a relocated track bar mounting bracket, the 2" leveling spacers would have caused significant lateral displacement of the front axle, and it made sense to fabricate and install one while the axle was on the ground. The steering geometry change due to not using a dropped Pitman arm is less, and easily corrected if necessary... so far, haven't experienced any bump steer.
