Firestone Airbag install

Firestone Airbag install
Going to be putting my bags on the truck on monday...
Quick question for those of you that have installed them yourselves... When I installed the firestone bags on my toyota the kit components were top quality, all except the hardware was cheap china junk and I ended up replacing it all with good ol USA stuff half way thru the install... So does the Dodge kit have the same crappy hardware? (I would look in the box but wont have time for a day or two).. I just want to know if I need to plan on going to the hardware store first.

Just installed an airlift kit a few weeks ago and the only cheesy item with this brand was that the air bag bracket that sits on top of the axel needed a bit of grinding to, in my opinion, fit correctly. Other than that the hardware< Ok marginal to, and install was OK. No drilling, except where the nipples routed through next to my licence plate. I bet I was way more **** about the whole thing than most shops would have been.

I didn't run into any problems installing mine. I would say the hardware was sufficient, not great, but everything fit for me. Only drilling was to get the air valves to fit by the license plate. I took my time, beer here, radio station change there, took about 3 hours or so.

I installed Firestones about 2 months ago. I don't remember anything being overly cheesy.
The install was very easy. I didn't lift the truck,or put it on jacks. It was done sitting in the driveway. I was watching my 6 year old son that day,and even with his "help" it only took about an hour and 15 minutes.
I put the fill valves in the wheelwell for now. Right above the tires there is a hole already drilled in the sheetmetal. I only had to run the airline about 18".
I'm considering moving the valves to the fuel door, but I'm waiting to see how they work out where they currently are.

Thanks for all the responses... I got a chance to open the box up briefly today and the hardware looks to be much higher quality in this kit. It also uses about 10% of the hardware of the kit for my toyota, so the install should be super fast.

I've installed 6 sets over the years (including my current Dodge) and have found nothing cheesy about them. Believe me, the no drill installation is truly nice compared to having into the frame to attach the brackets. The air line fittings are sufficient for the job and I have never had a failure. Well engineered product.
