I have 3 questions about my 04 2rwd auto dullay I just bought. The 1st is my truck wast built on Feb 04 what year does this make my truck an 04.5 or just an 04? 2nd is what type of trans do I have is it a 47re or a 48re? The last one is what the heck is the object thats right were I want to put my S2000 oil by pass and what is its function?

Your truck D.O.B of Feb 04 means it is an 2004.5 and it most likely has a 48 RE Transmission. I do not know the object you are talking about.

Is it the large alum. housing with three bolts running straight down? If so it's your bell crank housing. It is your kickdown fulcrum and maybe your TPS is part of this also? I know that 04.5 and later manual trucks don't have this, but some autos did. Not sure when it was changed.
