i suppose this would be my first post here... but ive been lurking for a decent amount of time...i have a 05 3500 dually...now onto my question...

i was looking into getting fab fours front and rear bumpers...but i heard they weigh a ton...

would this amount of weight negativly affect my springs at all? saggage handling?

the truck was mainly baught to tow my chevy wheeler... but i also want to make it look nice ect...

so basicly towing around 12k 100 miles every other weekend or so during the summer...would the bumpers have any ill effect on the truck with 2 big heavy bumpers?

pretty much any aftermarket bumper is going to weigh a lot more than a stock. I wouldn't say they weigh a ton though. It's probably like a fly on a dogs back heavy. It's a real improvement over the stock.

hmmm im second guessing it now...cause my truck isent lifted...nor do i think ill be lifting it... all these bumpers seem to only look good on lifted trucks ;/
