electrical short

Couple days ago I asked if the same fuse covered the cargo light, interior lights and dash illumination. It does. #35.

Tried to replace it and it immediately blew again. I have a dead short somewhere.

Any suggestions about how to find it?

Are there any known particularly troublesome places to look at?

The site is kind of clunky and the electrical schematics are hard to read also but I have used them a few times to fix things. I downloaded them all for my year and woks great.

The schematics show fuse 35 leaving the TIPM and going to connector C219 pin 31 then to a splice # S245 then to the cluster pin 25 & 26.

C219 is located on the left side of the cluster.
S245 is also located on teh left side of the cluster.
I'd start by checking those places especially where the harness goes thruogh the fire wall.
