dumb dually question

O.K. dumb question here but I never really paid attention before but my buddy asked me last night if they make a long bed and a shortbed dually?

Also, are all 06' max cabs or can you still get the quad cab also?

Here's a (hopefully) not so dumb dually question. My dad's 2000 had 242,000 miles on it when he bought it. I just noticed this morning that each set of duals had a clamp that kept a valve stem clear on the inside of the wheel so it could be easily aired up and looks like there is a line going to the inside wheel, so 1 valve stem can fill both wheels. Who has seen one of these, does it give a balance problem?
