dual zone Heat control problem

having problems with my "dual zone Pass / Driver" heat/cool switch ( i knew this would fail when I bought truck new in '08 grrrr!)

What happens is driver side stays in cold even thou I have it on "full heat"

has this happen to anyone else? how can I repair this?

Thanks!!
