I saw that one on the dodge cummins forum. Its nice but Im not to fond of the boxy style. It looks to much like a furd f150, I do like the style of the interior though, except it looks smaller than the 3rd Gen inside.

 

Well, looks like I'm in too. Picked mine up two days before Christmas during one of our worst snow storms in about a decade. I'll post a pic when I get a chance to clean her up.

Here's mine after the SRW to DRW swap:

 

That is so awesome. I wanted to do this so bad but decided against it. Gonna get another truck later on and keep mine a srw.

 

Txfiremedic....SWEET!! Chris told me how smooth the swap went. Looks awesome.

 

Thanks rock!! Yeah, swap went smooth. 6 hours from start to finish. Wasnt hard, just time consuming.

im thinking of doing this to mine, what did it take to do it? New Diff, leafs, brake lines, and flares?

 

No its a lot simpler than that. We pulled the beds off. Unbolted the brakes from the axle and tied them up out of the way, so no unhooking the lines and no bleeding brakes. Unbolt the the leaf springs from frame and leave them connected to the axle. Rolled the axles out and swapped. bolted everything back up and swapped beds, front spacers and wheels.
