Re:DRIVER SPEAKER VIBRATION!

Turn the bass down. Or invest in a high quality aftermarket sound system designed to provide the SPL.
I suppose you could remove the door panel and try a little dynamat to dampen the vibrations. Good luck!

Re:DRIVER SPEAKER VIBRATION!

I had the same problem. So when I took mine to the dealer to have the alternater bracket changed, I told them about the rattling problem. I don't know what they did but they fixed it.

Re:DRIVER SPEAKER VIBRATION!

Your replies are all quite funny but mine does it too even if I turn the bass all the way down.. All I need is someone talking on the radio with a deep voice. I may pull the door panel off and try to insulate the speaker with some rubber........

Re:DRIVER SPEAKER VIBRATION!

I had a similar problem in the passenger side speaker, but not an Infinity - just standard speaker. Dealer ordered new speaker and installed it. I went out after installation of the new speaker and it had the same noise. ???

Went back in and another guy came out. Looked in the door compartment where wife had put a thick piece of paper. Removed the paper and the sound went away. :P

I said, "I guess I didn't need a new speaker afterall." He replied, "no, but we made some money." 8)

Check what is rattling in that compartment on the lower door and remove it. May help?????

Re:DRIVER SPEAKER VIBRATION!

I had the same problem with the Infinity system and the front door speaker. I traced it to the window switch panel, the fake wood trim panel, and the felt window trim at the top of the door panel. All 3 of these items were loosly attached and all 3 rattled.

Re:DRIVER SPEAKER VIBRATION!

Same thing with mine, the window switch panel with the regular standard stereo system. Turn the bass down? That sounds like something a dealer would say.

Re:DRIVER SPEAKER VIBRATION!

I had the dealer tighten up my vibrating driver's side door panel.
