Driver side dually fender rubbing at paint

Anyone else with a dually notice a fender rubbing at your paint. I have an '03, Patriot blue dually. The fender isn't loose to the feel. This is my only issue with paint...so far.

I noticed this on mine the other day while I was waxing it as well. There must be enough flex in the box and fenders to allow a tiny amount of movement for minor rubbing. I don't think there is much we can do about it but I am curious if anyone has any suggestions as well.

This seems to be a problem with the darker colours. The fenders seem to flex with the heat of the sun. Casey Balvert had this problem and i believe they took the fenders apart and used two sided tape. He hasn't said any more about it so i think they it fixed the problem. My silver(knock on wood) has not shown any signs of this.

I bet all of us with duallies are/will experience this. It's just that the lighter colors don't show the contrast that the darker colors do. I'll take it to the dealer to see what they say. Would not a free total body repaint be nice. Wishful thinking like my lottery plan .
