Is the Dodge tonneau cover pretty good, or should I look into aftermarket? Dodge will sell to me for $212.

I have the fabric one. Don't buy it. Hard rain caused the bows to bend and it filled with water. It's also like a bedsheet which makes it difficult to roll up.

Mine is doing the same thing. If you get one be sure to get the leather/vinyl one. Several buddies have that one and it's holding up fine.

My brother just bought and '04 HEMI 2500 and he got the "hard" three piece tonneau, he likes it. I talked myself BLUE in the face, but he didn't want to drop the coin on a real engine!! Oh well, it's still a very nice truck.

Yes the Hard Folding Tonneau is Most Excellent
You can get the same one from FoldACover, now.
The rollup cover is good also, they have built in braces that keep it from folding under heavey rain and snow.
I had one on my Dakota and loved it until I seen this fold a cover I have now on my BIG TRUCK

I've had the vinyl rollup one for over a year now. Holding up quite well. Would buy it again. Keeps the bed dry rolls up fairly easily.
