If everyone bought these trucks for what they are meant for Dodge's would be the only trucks on the road you buy a diesel for torque and longevity a diesel that can't make at least 500,000 miles isn't worth owning I won't sell my trucks ever I may buy a new one but I won't sell the two I have

Guys, I have had my truck in the shop maybe 6 times for what I call stuff. A hole in the rad was the biggy. $200 repair. All the u-joints ...all under warranty. I still love this truck, because no matter what it is fixable. I'm now my own warranty station and if I blew the motor up tomorrow, I'd find a used one for a good price and laugh that I still have a truck that's better than anything else out there. Yep the suspension is a little harsh because the truck is solid and stout. I hoped in a buddy's dmas dually the other day...he's on his 5th windshield, no glass coverage too many claims. You get a tiny chip and the flexy pos spreads it like an octapus in 10 miles. They ride soft because they are soft. I had 3 dmax's on fleet lease and lost my glass coverage on my insurance after 3 replacements. Cost me $3000 in repaints to fix scratches on the crappy 1/2 coat paint etc. I inherited for lack of a better term a 2004 pos troke. At 15,000 miles the tranny is in 500 pieces on the dealers benches with over 20 parts including all cooling lines and coolers being replaced over the next 3 weeks. I'm currently extreme testing the f-150 rental truck they gave me. another plastacrap piece of junk 4x4 with summer tires. We're mostly men, We could be married to Cindy Crawford and we'd still look at what's on the other side of the fence. I look only to appreciate that I have the best truck available smaller than a Peterbuilt. K.S.
