H13ST is the Silver Star bulb for the '06. I asked to have them ordered when I didn't find them on the shelf and the counterman said they kept them in the back. (I didn't ask why). They work much better than the originals. My wife's '02 Sierra has had the Silver Stars since it was new and, after all these years, they were still better than the OEM in my Dodge.

And that drunk driving moron better have a flashing neon sign instead of fog lights.
well it is your problem if you blind the old lady driver and she loses control and crash headon into you. If you lifted your truck then you should also adjust your headlights so you don't get flash. common sense and common courtsey should prevail.

True. As I recall, Oklahoma state law prohibits use of fog lights except during inclimate weather. I have an aftermarket set of fog lights on a Taurus to fill in that gap below the regular headlights as well as to light the edges of the road and recently got pulled over and warned. My saving grace was that I have mine on a relay that is powered by the high beams so they automatically go off when I switch to low beam. The officer was sitting in the dark running a speed trap. If he had had his lights on, I would have dimmed mine and my fog lights would not have been on.

All these new cars that have them wired to the low beams are technically illegal in Oklahoma except in bad weather.

As a side note, it's also illegal to have more than 6 head/fog/driving lights (any light over a specified candlepower) uncovered facing forward here in Oklahoma. So much for that lightbar with 12 KCs pointing to the front. Gotta keep them covered to be legal.

Now back to your regular thread.
