the switch is built into the door latch [like chevy's since 99 new body style], grab something to flip the latch closed so the door thinks it's latched to the carbody... stick, pen, finger if you want to get dirty... not very difficult to do, then just unlatch it before closing, by pulling the door handle as to open the door, and pulling the latch open with the pen/stick/finger...

I guess they changed up on the 3'rd gen's cause my 2'nd gen has push in style switch on inner door jamb alot easier to disable chime...

yep, they changed it...no visible switch on the 3rd gens!!
