Dead Truck ????
This is the second time my truck has been completely dead after turning off and restarting quickly. Recently pulling into the bank running in out in two minutes, tried to strat truck and nothing. no clicks of a starter, no signs of life anywhere. After messing with the key and checking fuses it magiclly made a couple clicks of the starter then cranked over and started no problem. A month has gone by and yesterday moning going througth a dunkin dohnuts drivethrough shut the truck off to place my order and did not start again. let it sit for a few minutes, messing with the key and suddenly once again it starts. Kind of embarrsing that 6 dd workers pushed my truck out of the drivethrough!! any thoughts???

I'd be at the dealer and on record with the problem. Since it's intermittent, they might not find anything, but at least you would be on record, and if you are still under the 3/36 warranty, it won't cost you a thing.

Bad , dirty , lose connection at batteries , starter & maybe fusible links .
Most of the time these problems will make hot spots that can be felt with touch .
Then there is the starter contacts , but I would think that that would be for an older higher millage truck .
