Does anyone know if it is possible to swap a 2003 ram 2500 dash for a 2006 dash.
I am looking into getting a screen but I really don't like the pop out systems, I would prefer a built in screen. I don't think there is a way to get one in the 03 style dash. Any help would be appreciated thank you

 

You can do a double din just takes some custom fabrication.

Yes, i mounted the head unit permanently in the dash than trimmed the trim panel to fit like i wanted. After that fiber glass the holes on either side do bondo and paint. Its just primered in that pic but i painted it satin black and it looks pretty good.

i am not sure but i have tore these dashes apart and i would assume the dash frame assembly would be different. that would be a herculean task to completely swap everything in two trucks
