Yes, I have. Mine is called a HotBox sub enclosure, and is made from a guy that sells on ebay. It's 3/4 or 1" thick MDF, covered with factory materials.
Mine is a little taller than normal due to the sub I'm running...a JL Audio W6 12" sub.
The only thing I'd change about it, is to make it a little more "rounded" in appearance on the leading edge. However, my console stays down all the time anyway, so it really doesn't matter.
One thing to look out for... If you take the center seat section out, there's a little "box" on the floor of the truck. It has something to do with air bag deployment and/or seatbelt lockup in the event of an accident. In other words, it's probably best not to mess with it. I had to raise the box up another 1/2" to clear this as well during full speaker excursion.
I'm only pushing it with a 300 watt amp, but it sounds unbelievable. It's not even apparent that the bass is coming from the front; rather, the whole cab is filled with deep bass. When cranking it up some, you can actually feel it pretty substantially in the front seats...probably because the center section frame is connected with the buckets.
For what it's worth, I had the JL Audio Stealthbox sub enclosure before this, that fit under the rear seat. It housed a 10" sub. The sound difference between that and the HotBox cannot even be compared. I'm glad I sold that and went this route!

I did mod the shifter, but only because I'm using the Geno's cupholders with the Hot Box. If you're only using one or the other, no shifter modding is needed.

i made mine for my 05, 10" JL W0, made wiring the sub straight to the amp under the seat easy (untill amp and stereo got jacked) good part is the sub was hidden so they didnt get it. i just made a plate the sat inside on the lip and sealed it, sounded really good and left me plenty of storage room in the back seats.

I'm not all that familiar with subs, but the one in the JL Audio Stealthbox was a 10W3v2-D2 sub. I know one was a 10" and another was a 12" W6, but there is a huge sound difference between the two. I attributed the difference more to the enclosure than the speaker, but I'm just guessing in that area.
Because I used such a large sub, the box is 1.5" - 2" higher than it would be normally. It makes it kinda high if someone sits there, but just right for me with the arm rest down.
