Concerns about buying used 2007 5.9 w/ 5K miles??

I love my truck dearly but it has a nasty habit that could almost be a deal breaker. In sand or snow it wheel hops so bad It WILL tear something up. I have tried the dealer once with no help. Search wheel hop on this site before you buy.
