Re:Chrome Exhaust Tip
YES! That's the one I've seen on some trucks. Does it screw on or is it welded on? THAT LOOKS GREAT and it points it down
Where can I get one of those?

Re:Chrome Exhaust Tip
Yep, it's a US Gear Chrome tip. I got one on mine. Genos Garage has them here
Had to saw off about 4" of the stock pipe for it, secures with a heavy duty band clamp. Keeps the soot off the boat a little better than the stock pipe while towing.

I have a Magnaflow polished stainless tip on mine, 4" inlet - 5" outlet. Slipped right over the factory pipe. I had the exhaust shop cut about 4" off the factory end so the new one didn't stick out so far like the original. One of these days maybe I'll get some time to post some pics of my rig and you can check it out. IMO, looks pretty sweet. I had it welded on so it looks like it is an aftermarket exhaust system.

What are you doing looking at my rear, you dirty old man. Yeh, the more I look at the color, the more I like it. Sure looks good hooked up to the fiver.
The post about cutting off 4" of the tailpipe is right on. Plus, take a board, hold it against the end and wack it a couple times. That will keep it on tight if someone decides they might like to borrow it - - they are not cheap. Makes it a little harder to steal it. Mine is the polished stainless, very heavy and it does have the band to tighten it onto the pipe. They are 4" tailpipes.

Re:Chrome Exhaust Tip
Hey Bob, can you somehow order the weatherman to stop these wet storms from hittin us here in the Sierra? I'd like to be able to wash some of this Almond mud off my Almond truck. Run your Ghost on our roads these days and it will be two-tone White over Almond.
We've been gettin hit with 48 hrs of ran and snow, then 48 hrs of clouds for the last couple of weeks. Above 6000 ft. gettin 6-10 inches of the white stuff. Snow pack is now 110% of normal, spillways are dumping and it still keeps coming. We're tryin to get ready to hit the road to the far north.
