Mine had the masking tape too. I'm gonna try to figure out a way to make a latch. I don't care if it's glamorous or not... sigh, silly penny pinchers at DC, how annoying!!!

MMMmmmm.... Grits!!
He is looking for the upper center section that folds down to make an armrest, and folds up to make the center seatback. The 724 AA is for the lower hidden storage. Thanks for the help though. It appears Chrysler wins this one by a nickel.......
