Keep talking and fighting!!!
See my previous posts...I tried to cover all the symptoms and solutions to date. So far, mine is still working great. Here's another interesting fact:
Both times my AC went warm (on passenger side first) was when I returned from a trip to Asheville, NC. I personally think they have issues with seals in the systems which is made worse by temperature changes, possibly altitude/lower pressure. The first time they replaced the evap; second time the issue popped up was right after winter in March. It took a couple months with dye in the system to pinpoint the issue, but they wound up replacing the compressor. Compressor diagnosis was a leaking seal!
Keep the posts and info exchange going! Call DC and open a file. I noticed that someone who works for DC in engineering is on this site. Maybe he can take all these threads back and do some root cause analysis. DC should be doing root cause analysis on as many failed components as they can...that's cheaper than losing reputation and repeat buyers.
