A/C vents not blowing hard at all
Just started doing this about a week ago, seems that when you rotate the selector **** to different positions it makes no difference or takes a month of Sundays to blow out of another location Any takers?

TSB'S are just info on how to repair. Its not a recall. If you want D.C.to be involed you need to call them(1-800-992-1997) repair has to be at a D.C.dealer etc.FIRST it needs to be checked out and see if the TSB is whats wrong. Then you can also ask service manager for D.C.assistance if out of the 3/36 warranty time line.At this stage its just a thought of whats wrong.

If the mode doors are operating correctly its a low charge problem probably.Mine started that last year and when I took it in the tech called STAR to see if any info. They told him that a 10 degree differance was normal.Tech did a recharge and said found system a little low.Well it was COLD ac again left and right.I then drove straight to a auto parts store and bought TWO ac thermometers.Put one in right vents and one in left. The whole rest of summer not more then 2 to 4 maybe at worst a 5 degree differance.(STAR full of boloney)Its still that way now(left them there all the time)but now it freezes up on extended hiway driving. Can watch the thermometers get COLD and then air through vents less and less.Turn off ac switch and watch them start to drop more then start to climb as air starts blowing stronger little by little until air is warm and full vent force is regained. Then flip ac switch back on and start the process all over again.Takes about 60 miles of hiway speeds for it to go through its cycle.Need to take it in just haven't.

It sounds like the ac condenser is freezing up. if the humidity is high and the air is full cold the moisture in the air will freeze on the condenser in the cab limiting airflow. Mine did this for the first time last weekend and As soon as I turned the air off, I had full flow again. It shouldn't do it as bad on recirculate mode. I was also told that it is also caused by a low freon charge
