A TSB is a bullitin. It helps their tech's correct issues. It is not a recall or safety issue. If you have been having issues with it for a while and have a good dealer you may be able to get something done. Have to ask dealer. He may cut you a break if he wants to because it is a known issue but I wouldn't think it is under warranty.

TSB's follow the same warranty guidelines.if its in warranty its free.If its out its not.

Bummer. I'm on my 3rd evaporator. Original had the bad fin sensor. Next one leaked over the course of the winter and wouldn't work in the spring (they couldn't find the leak even with the dye). Hoping the 3rd time is the charm. It's been good since a fluke warm spell around Christmas when they did the last replacement.
