I am a Business link member and it is what helped to sell me on buying my 06. It was a close decision between the Dodge and me buying my 5th Ford diesel. My truck stays running from 6 a.m. to almost 8 p.m. mon - fri. It is not just a work truck but a mobile office. My 5star has it and it did not cost me extra. You get great benefits at the dealer and top service priority even if their is 10 people ahead of you. I recomend it highly if your dealer offers it..

I signed up for it and love it! 
It's nice to pull in anytime of the day and get preferential treatment. Don't forget about the discount on parts and labor plus I think you can include other non-Dodge vehicles on it as well.
