I'm assuming these are the stock bumper bolts that are on my replacement bumper, but I have been through every wrench and socket I own and that my dad owns trying to find the right size. 3/4 is close but its still not enough to hold on to the corners, to which I'm wondering when they put them on if they didn't round the edges, but they look in pretty good condition.
Any input on this?

Don't know for sure, but they are probably metric.
If 3/4" is close but is still to big, then 18 mm or 19 mm might be your best bet.

18mm holds the bumper to the frame.

Perfect, thanks, hopefully I haven't tried too many of the wrong sizes and messed up the corners.

ALSO, the two nuts come off, not the two bolts. The bolts are held together on a little bracket so assembly is easy.
