Brake rotors
My truck has began showing symtoms of what I think may be a slightly warped brake rotor, although I'm getting no peddle pulsation, just a jumping or slight lurching when stopping. If I remove the calipers on the front and rear will the brake rotors just slide off the hubs on a 4wd?

There is always a minimum service life (read warranty) for the brakes. Usually ~12k miles. I see that you have an '03. Unfortunately, in your case, I think you are SOL.
I do not reccomend turning the rotors...only to replace them. These days, they are saving weight wherever it's possible. Yes, the min thickness of the rotors makes it look like you can turn them. However, they will warp even easier after turning.
For the $100/wheel, I'd spend the money & replace the rotors. Cheaper than returning to the shop in the future.
