Bought my new sound system...

Well like the title says I bought my new sound system and I am going to be hooking up 2 1000watt or bigger amps(they are the last thing I need to buy), how hard is this to put into my factory deck? They will both be going to power my subs...

Also how big of amps can I fit under my front seats in a quad cab?

There maybe a couple of different ways to do this for you. If you have the amp, you can look at the sides and see if it is equipped with high level inputs. If so, you can piggy back off your back speaker wires with a pigtail that goes all the way to the amp, and hook them to the high-level inputs. I would follow the wires out of the doors, and tap into them in the wiring harness that runs down the left and right side of the truck under the kick panels.

Option two is to get a Line-out converter. This device hooks to the speakers in the same manner as above, but has 2 line-level pre-amp outs that your RCA patch cables will hook to. This is sometimes the better option because they usually have a noise cancelation feature that keeps the high level noise freq down.... hope this helps!

The weakest link of any factory car audio system is the headunit. Ditch the factory headunit before you spend any more money on anything else. A quality aftermarket headunit will not only allow infinitely more adjustability and hookup, but provide you with greater improved sound quality than your 1000+ watt amplifiers.
