Bilstein 5100s or the BE5-C604/14s
i've decided on the bilstein shocks but I see that both of these shocks are used for the 3/4 ton trucks. Which ones are better?
I use the truck as a everyday driver and unloaded 90% of the time. I tow a boat and some snowmobiles when towing, and I'm looking at a 5th wheel in the future.
First priority is to make it ride nicer unloaded so the wife won't HATE getting into it.
thanks for any input.

the 5100's are basically meant for the 1500 trucks with 3 inches of lift. they work on our trucks, though. i have them and have not had any issues. but when i need new shocks i will be going to the new bilstein hd shocks that are specifically for our trucks. the heavy duty shock part numbers are

rear- f4-be5-c614-h0

If Im not mistaken both are available from http://www.shockwarehouse.
They have free shipping.
The 5100 is more for a truck with a lift according to the Bilstein site.
I could be mistaken though.
