I want to add a billet bumper grill to the front of my 2003 CTD. More than likely, I will order one from a vendor on the internet. There is 2 pieces of plastic on each side leaving a gap of about 2 foot in the middle. Do these grilles just mount to the plastic or do I have to remove the plastic? Is this plastic on all the dodge trucks or is it something only with the cummins trucks? Do I have to modify it to fit or what? My truck is a slt not a sport. I noticed that there is differences with the bumper between these 2. Thanks...
