First, welcome to DTR. The leak could be from either the 3rd brake light or from the rear window itself. Try to isolate by first using a water hose at the top of the rear window. If no leak there, then it must be from the 3rd brake light. In either case, if the 3rd brake light, remove it, clean the area and use silicone to seal it. If the rear window, buy some automotive window sealant at your local parts store and run a bead all along the top of the window. I had to do both on my 06 to stop the leaking.
Good luck!

Paydirt,
Yep, still no leaks. I sealed the window from the outside using "flowable" window sealer. On the package I bought the word "flowable" was there. I also had to use a plastic drinking straw taped to the nozzle of the tube of sealant, cut down to a couple of inches so as to get the sealer where it needed to be. Remember to first clean the area as best as possible and let it dry prior to applying the sealer.

I had the same problem; had a glass shop seal all around the rear window - $100, stopped leaking for a few days, then dealership replaced 3rd brake light, $200, still leaking. So at my wits end I bought some flowable window sealant for $7.00 and filled the gap between the top of the rear window and the 3rd brake light, no more leak.
I think it was leaking from the top of the window right below the 3rd brake light and the brake light itself. When the dealership put in the new brake light they removed the sealant that the glass place put in right under the brake light. If I had done it all in reverse I'm sure it would have worked without me using the sealant on it but so far so good.
