Anyone have retro solutions lights?

The reason I ask is I purchased the 55 watt digital headlights and the 35 watt night vision fogs. God these things have been nothing but a PITA! I'm thinking about just throwing them in the garbage. Anyone else have experience with these lights?

I've been running their reverse bulbs for 1.5 years and love them. If I were you I'd be placing a call to their customer service and getting the problem resolved.

I had a bad bulb one time from them. They corrected it without hesitation.

I also called them with tech questions and wasn't related to their product. They were nothing but helpful.

This was all about a year ago.

Call them directly before you give them too much grief publicly.

Just put a kit in my 07 a few weeks ago(55W-6000K)---so far so good, just a minor headlight adjustment.I did not do the fog lights (yet)as i am planning on dumping the whole front bumper for a Buckstopper bumper or something similar.,then look at fog light options.CheeersDW

I love mine, refer to this post:

You didn't say specifically what your problems are but starting with their tech support is best.

I'm not in any way bashing the tech support. In my personal experience the lights themselves have been the issue. I'm on my second set of lights. The have worked when they wanted to since I got them. Both sets. Sometimes if I turned my lights on and off a bunch of times they would finally work and stay on. Other times they would just stop working. Or one would be way brighter than the other. They are wayyy better than stock when they work right.

I just got my "lifetime" warranty denied. They tried to charge me just under 100.00 to fix the system. I drive the truck less than 10k per year and the kit is just at 1 year old. I have purchased this kit, 1 for my old '03 and a conversion kit for my daughters Jeep. I told them to keep the junk and purchased a canbus kit from HIDextra. Works awesome and much simpler to install. Everything is built into the ballasts. I got their bixenon kit and it was 159.00
