Anybody have pics of Mopar Nerf Bars?
Im trying to get dealer to include in my deal a new set of Mopar running/nerf bars. I would like to see a pic of them installed. Are they aluminum, stainless steel, or what? Are they of high quality or are aftermarket ones nicer?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I have the factory ones on mine. I think they look pretty good. I had an older ram and put aftermarket bars on it and I think the factory ones look better and they mount better also. I will try to get some pics tomorrow if that would help.

BAJA,
Are you talking about the Power Wagon rock runners that go along the side to protect the rocker panels? Or something else. I am hoping the Power Wagon ones will fit the '04s, and can be ordered.

I'm not sure. I just know I need something to assist in getting into my rig. I'm going to look on the DC website and see if I can view what is available. If the dealer does install, I'm sure they aren't going to do it if the cost is over $400.00. Any pics of either would be great!
Thanks!

I have the Mopar Chrome Nerf Bars with Ram Logo in the steps, I had them on my 2003 also. I like them better than any other ones I have seen and I look at all the Dodge Ram mods. They mount very sturdy and feel very solid compared to some others I have stepped on. They fit up tighter on the truck than some and I like that also.
I dont have pictures specifically of the Nerf Bars, but the main page of my gallery on DTW shows them on a lot of pictures. They were $595 dollar option.

Baja,
If you have any medical/physical problems, DC has a program that will get the running boards/nerfs at no cost to you, installed. If you fit the bill, they will hook you up.
But, if you are just vertically or horizontilally challenged, I don't think they will go for it.

I put the Mopar ones on my truck. They are chrome plated or polished aluminum. Very easy to install yourself. Takes about 30 mins. total. Got mine from a Dodge dealer in TX for $356 shipped.
