Thumbs up Alpine DPR RDS1 ipod interface

Has anyone installed one of these units to the factory radio? It sounds like the answer to those that do not have the factory radio with the auxiliary input on the front. Here is a link to it http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/dpr-rds1/

YOu can kill two birds with one stone...maybe. I know a guy that has one of these in his car and works great. I'm thinking on getting one, but in a diesel truck, folks can't hear when I have a phone on speaker phone as they hear the engine...may be the same problem, but the idea of BT and iPod capability is nice.
