I have heard that if you have the fog light wiring loom attached to your driver's side fender. You can just attach the feed from the lights to it change your headlight switch to the fog light type and the fog lights will work just like they were factory installed.

Anyone have the real lowdown on wether this is true or not ?

Or has anyone actually done it ?

I don't wat to buy the headlight switch an have it not work.

Also how do you go about getting the headlight switch out of the dash.

Yup, added mine the next day along with the ashtray light. Worked perfectly...

The headlight switch and the small panel its on just pulls out of the dash. It has a couple of clips the hold it in you may need to pry it out with a small screw driver or I like to use a plastic putty knife so as to not mess up the plastic. From there you can unscrew the switch from the back.

I guess I will order the fog lights and the switch and give it a try.
