AC question(not blowing hard)
I tried the search function but didn't find anything on this particular issue. My 06 Megacab's ac is cooling fine but it seems like it doesn't blow nearly as hard as it use to. I did have the blend door break on it a few years ago. I was able to put it back in where it blocked off the outside air and just uses recirculated air now. It still seemed to blow ok though. Now, it just seems like it's not as strong. I've replaced the motor and it is still the same. I wouldn't think the coil is clogged up because it does still cool pretty good.
Any ideas. Could there be a door somewhere that isn't fully open?
thanks
Dave

If you don't have air blowing out of 2 places at one time then I would think your doors are fine.....check the recirc door above the fan motor and make sure it's not blocking airflow. When that door breaks and falls down onto the fan it cuts airflow off altogether.

I'm having the same problem as you BerettaMan. Same truck, you can hear the motor working like crazy but not much air flowing out the vents. Can someone post a "how to fix" link??? I'd like to fix mine but I'm not sure where to start...
