AC not working cold air intake rubbing?

Ok i have a question i have coldair intake on my truck and i was wondering if would cause my AC not to working

i pit on the amsoil 4090 and i think its rubbing

it looks like it is rubbing on the aluminum line but it doesn look like it has a hole in it yet is there any ways i can repair it with out it costing tons of money

Same problem with my 07. Took the cold ari intake off my 04.5 and tried to put it on my 07. Found the aluminum line in that area and the intake sheet metal would have rubbed on it and quickly wore a hole in it. Took a grinder and cut out a 3/4 square and put a piece of slotted rubber there and so far no problem but thought that it would have quickly worn a hole it the line if I hadn't noticed it prior to install.

I just slit a piece of rubber fuel line and put it over the AC line. Cheap fix.

i was also thinking about jb weld

do you think the rubber line will still let the ac event on the other side any way i am going to try it hope it works

any more idea guys?

I had an issue in my 03 where the A/C wasn't working. After spending $400.00 at the dealership with another $700.00 trip scheduled for them to rip out the dash, I found out that having a FASS and a TST both grounded to the battery negative terminal would somehow cause the A/C to not work!!! I pulled one of the wires off and grounded it to the frame and the A/C worked great once again.......
