I just used the PEX valves and hose clamps...no leaks.

The only valves I could find were threaded. I had to buy thread to barb adapters. I just want to seal the threads.

Used the teflon tape. I did not do the crossover, because I ran out of room. I just did two ball valves, one on each hose. My future plan is to get two threeway diverter valves and do a crossover that way. If I had to do it over again, I would do it that way.

BTW- the air is MUCH colder coming out of the vents. It is only about 80 degrees outside, so I can't give it a good test yet, but I will post it when I do. I will also post the temp differences then to. Thanks for all the advice.

I'm on board for a lawsuit. As many threads have been started because of the AC systems in these trucks sucking, something should be done legally.
