This is my 3rd CTD and they all did the bam thing sometimes. Always wondered if other folks had the issue......appears normal!

I noticed mine does it if I turn the AC on right after I start the truck. I usually try to wait to turn it on until I am on the road for a few minutes then it just clicks on. If I turn off the AC and leave the fan on I get at least a minute or so of cool air from the vents, a little longer when its not in the upper 90s.

I get the same thing on occasion...sometime a loud clank and sometimes a little clunk. And not to hijack the thread, but I swear that the air is colder out of the driver side vents than it is on the passenger side??? Am I crazy??
