ABS pump runs constantly

last night my ABS light, my brake like came on, and the ABS pump continues to run, even with the truck off. I have removed the fuse to the pump, as not to burn it up. There are a few codes that I can get from the dash, but I have not been able to get any good data on them.

C0b61
C0b65
C0b66
C0b68
C0b69
C0b73
C0b75
C0b85

There is another that I read today, but I didnt write it down.

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Sounds like you have a bad pump motor. Did you get a P067 code (Pump Motor Circuit Found Open). That's what happened to mine and I had to replace the cab module (that's what the dealership called it). It wasn't under warranty and it cost about $530.

I had the same issue. The part is called the HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit). Hopefully your under warantee, because my dealer charged $1100 for it. Fortunately, the warantee I have with Geico covered all but the $250 deductable.

I didnt have a P067 code, the pump runs, just wont stop, so its either a stuck relay or the control module.

No warantee for me
I think the HCU is the problem, but im not 100% sure. BBA-reman will rebuild the ABS Controller for ~$150 http://www.bba-reman.com/ They have an ad on ebay that has more information then their website. I will give them a call tomorrow.

"Common Symptoms of a Faulty Unit:
The module is failing causing problems with the ABS pump running constantly. Remove the ABS fuse to prevent ABS motor burn out. BBA has identified the failure and can repair and upgrade the module, providing a permanent solution to the problem. Please contact us before bidding if you have any other problems with your unit."

so any word on what causes these to do that. mine went at 95,000 KM and the dealer told me that it was not covered and they wanted close to 1500 to fix it. Do those BBA do the 03 pumps and what is the turn around rate on them.
