The railcar had all of the security devices intact sealed at the loading facility in Mexico. Truck would have not started with one battery to be loaded onto railcar. The railroad police said all batteries were accounted for.

A rail yard close to me flopped a car loaded with new Jeep Cherokees and your right they'll shred all of them complete. I have to hand it to the guys that chained them down. Even though the car was on it's side they never moved, still in perfect condition.
