Smile 21.9 ave mpg at 10K (in 3 months)

My grin is ear to ear. I use diesels! 10K in 3 months. Average MPG stands at 21.9!! (total miles divided by total gallons.) 90 to 95% highway with some city and off road in Colorado. Better than my 01 by 1.2 MPG – both driven the same way. I keep the speed to 65 and accelerate slowly (sometimes a tuff job to keep the boost under 10 psi.) No problems with truck! Just the d*** seat belt which squeezes the life out of me, and a lumbar adjustment / seat that I can’t get adjusted (uncomfortable after an hour or so) – got to remedy these two items. And why doesn’t the cruise would turn off when you depress the clutch - every other truck I’ve owned did. Added SRT pillar and ISSPRO EGT. Cheers

Good deal. Coming up on 38K, my overall average is 17.47mpg. About 6K of those miles are towing, the rest a city/highway mix.

The cruise should shut off when you hit the clutch. I'd check that the clutch switch is engaging properly.
