2009 Ram
Do you guys think that the 2009 rams will have a similar appearance like that of the new 2008 Dakota (same style but bigger)?

Is it just me or does that 2nd pic look more like a Cheby?
So the 1500's are going to get a V8 Cummins motor? I guess the 2500/3500's won't be too far behind then. Sure glad I got a 5.9!

the dakotas are ugly, I was lucky to have my 97 i still have it even though i have my Mega Cab, and as far as the Ford Vs. Dodge cabs? I like having my extra foot of room, and have you road in a ford for a long haul? ow...my back hurts...that would make me file a workers comp claim against who evers truck it was..oh yea the ford rides rough...so it doesnt help the interior. sure it looks good if its the King Ranch.
But my Laramie is the perfect look and feel. To be honest the Dodge interior is first, the Chevy second and the Ford last...thats just me, I dont see my self following everyones opinion.
Now for a V8 Cummins....why...the 6 cyl is more than plenty in these trucks. also the 4 banger cummins would make a great addition to the Dakota, they were rumors of it being in this body style but maybe the next...hopefully.
The Dakota needs some more refinement than what it has the Toyota Taco, and the Nissan Frontier are the fore-runners in the mid size truck segment. I dont see the Big Three catching up with Toyota and Nissan...

I second that comment.
Ya that is a bit strange. One of Cummins selling points is that the inline 6 has 30% fewer moving parts then a V8 platform. Does Cummins still make a inline 4 banger (3.9L) for a passenger vehicle or do they just make them for construction and ag equipment?
