I was on the dodge website yesterday, killing time configuring a new truck. They let me build a srw, reg cab, 3500. Are the guys over at DC actually making this config. or is it just a website error??

Your correct about srw one tons being built since the introduction of the 3rd gens. However, OhioRam is referring specifically to a REGULAR CAB single rear wheel 3500 which has not been an option. Up until now all 3500 srw's have been quad cabs.

I tried to build a single wheel regular cab, and the first few pages showed a picture of a regular cab, single rear wheel....but as I progressed and chose the Cummins engine, I scrolled down and there was an area saying 11.5inch rear with dual wheels......so I can't figure out if it is available or the website was acting funny at first.

I just left my local Dodge dealer and was looking at a 2006 Quad Cab 3500 4X4 longbed with the single wheel group.......funny thing is, on their website, I can't get it to let me build a quad cab long bed. So maybe what the website has and what is offered are different.
