18" wheels for 4x2 3500?

I've been thinking on getting new 17" wheels for my truck. I'd keep the Michelin 265x70R17 tires. Just for giggles, I looked into 18" wheels. I found a size that is real close to the 17" tires. 275x65R18. These are 32.1" diameter, 11" wide and have a rev per mile of 651. The stock 265's are 31.8 in diameter and 10.7" wide. 654 rev per mile. Obviously swapping to the 18" wheels would be more expensive because I'd have to buy the tires also. So, my question is, anyone swap to 18" wheels on a 4x2? I'm thinking of doing this mainly for looks. The 18" should look more "beefy" over the stock 17"? Since the 2 are real close in size, do you think there would be issues with the speedo or computer? Thanks!

Should be fine.
BTW, the stock Michelins are only 31.4".

I have the 285's (2756lbs). They offer a 305/55r20 (3195lbs) and a 275/65r20 (3750). I have hauled loads heavy enough, and they have been fine.
