Anyone know the cost of a front bumper and fascia for a Laramie, can I switch my (SLT) front bumper and fascia to one from a Laramie?

I don't have the answer yet, but I'm looking for it too, Why can't it a bolt up and plug the fogs in type deal?

If you drive out here to seattle, I'd do a direct bumper swap with you. I really dislike the half plastic look of the Laramie

I would love to do a swap but I am not sure Seattle or SoCal would be the most cost effective way for me to resolve this. If I can get a decent deal on the new stuff, I would be happy to sell my take offs at a great price though, I will keep you posted.

Yea no kidding! I have not been able to find out if it is a direct bolt on swap yet.

I would think it would be a direct swap. It would be the upper facia/outer bumper cover, the bumper, and the air dam.

This must a West coast thing. I will be getting my new 06 Laramie here in about a week and a half. One of the first things I want to do is pitch the ugly Laramie front bumper and install a SLT front bumper.

It will be a direct swap. The hardest part will be the ding to the wallet.

Long live Inferno red and shiny stuff.

Yes, I did. Thanks again. I had a couple of things come up this passed week and did not get back in touch with him when I thought I would but I did email him last night, now just waiting for a reply. Hope he hasn't gotten rid of it yet. Be a nice little trip in the new rig to put some miles on it before hooking up the TT to it.

He sent me some pic's of his truck, want me to foward them to you?

yes, that would be great. I'd like to see what he did to it. I'm picking mine up this afternoon - they put the Jake in last night.
