06 fog lamp issues

I recently installed HID lights in my fog lamps, I was having issues with one works and the other doesnt. Now I have no incoming power, I checked with a test light prior to installation and all was good. any one know of a fuse or anything that may have Popped? if so where might i find it?
Thanks in advance....

look in the TIPM. might disconnect batteries (all 4 connections) and step on the brake (this discharges capacitors in the ECM and resets things). just make sure that no battery connection is touching the battery posts. reconnect batteries and retest fog lights.
