What in the heck is going on. When new I could go between recir to outside to defrost to heat to a/c to floor what ever I wanted to do. Took it to the dealer and they say it is the mode doors $917 to fix. Today I go to the truck and if I select the area (def, floor etc) then turn the fan on it works ok. What is getting ready to break? Is there anything I can do to correct this before it cost a buch to fix? Might it be the actuators?

I had the recir door (5073962-AA) replaced under warranty, they also put the following in
Housing Hea 5073958-AA
Actuator Re 4885206-AB
Coupling AI 5019632-AA
are these the new reinforced parts? or did they just put the same old new part?
