It came over our Chrysler computer last night. If you take delivery before January 2nd you should get it.

that's not going to happen. i won't take delivery until feb or march.<br><br>i thought that once i ordered i was able to get any cash back or rebate offer between the order date and the delivery date?<br><br>what i mean by this is -&gt;<br><br>last week i ordered w/a rebate of $1000 so my final price was $32,250<br>this week, we have $1000 rebate + $500 cash back. my final price should be $31,750<br>if post jan 2 there is no rebate and no cash back i would still get a final price of $31,750 but,<br>if they annouched $2500 cash back my final price would drop to $30,750.<br><br>that is how DC explained it to me anyway. is there somebody @ DC i can call about this for clairification of how all this works?

i just called dodge on this one and was told that most of the time these holiday incentives are pretty restricted. he said that he thought that we had to take delivery of the truck during the incentive period but he could be wrong and that i should check w/my dealer to be sure. this $500 incentive would be a nice christmas present though... anybody hear anything different?

It was also explained that way to me. So if I ordered today any rebates that are in effect you would get no matter when you took delivery.

If they don't give it to us, we could just cancel and re-order. The more I think about it the more I think we qualify.

the first guy i talked to from dodge (on the fleet program number) said that yes, those who order in that time period qualify. the next guy (on the 8004adodge line) said no, you had to take delivery in that time period.<br><br>i like the first guy's explination better. under that program yeah, we could just make an option change or something resulting in a cancel/reorder and qualify. i don't see why we shouldn't quailify for this... i'm getting a really good deal already though and i know my dealer is going to be hesitant to drop the price yet again so i want a concrete &quot;yes&quot; from somebody in the know before i call them.

I'm not sure on the exact rules of the bonus cash. I will dig out the official rules and get back to you. Hunter, your statement is mostly right. We are not selling much, except for 03 Ram HD's. I selling the heck out of em.

I am going to place an order soon. I thought that the rebates were based on what was offered when you pick up the truck. If I order now I thought my truck would no earlier than mid Feb. and probably closer to the first part of April. It would be a crap shoot as to what rebates would be offered. If any one knows what the deal is let us know. I will place it tomorrow if it will ensure at least $1000.00 plus the Christmas $500.00.<br><br>Luke it sounds like you are selling alot of HD but what about the rest of the world. I watch the dealer I will order from and his invantory keeps getting larger and not many going of the list. I was hoping for an incress in the rebate this spring. What do you think?
