i have an edge insight and one of the parameters you can monitor is the dfp filters current status. When i took it off the truck of course it was 0 but as i drive it its 0.1...now 0.2 ...

My EJA doesnt monitor that.

However. Every once in a while I still get the catalyst full service required message on the overhead. I clear it using the Smarty. Might see it every three to four weeks. I think the ECM has a default setting that if it doesnt see a regen after a certain time period then it throws the message.

So, if you followed all of MADS directions and the DPF is collecting nothing but dust in the shop


I wouldnt worry about it.

 

i though about taking a hose and connecting the two ports together (sensor next to the transmission that monitors the difference in pressure before and after the dpf) that way the dirt/water stays out and it will always be the same pressure
